The staff were really friendly. We took the breakfast upon arrival and they could facilitate vegetarian meals for me. They were sweet to prepare something every morning and one of the staff will walk me around to show which items I can eat in the buffet.

Breakfast was as expected from IBIS. What can I say about the Indonesian hospitality - the staff are ever helpful and accommodating. They all should be given a healthy bonus. Will stay here again not doubt about that.

If you want something simple yet nice, Ibis Pasteur is your choice. Check in was easy with no fuss, and just any Accor group hotel, their lobby smells really really nice and calming. Breakfast was tasty with enough option to start the day. House keeping was very good at doing their job. Thank you Opik Hidayat for making us an adorable towel puppy.

the staff very nice and friendly, they very good in check in process, provide my request without any complicated procedure, i can change my bed from twin to double, they help me carry my stuff, i can order various food 24 hours, change my room from non smoking to smoking room, they give matches while i don't have any, it's near to train station, travel pool, shopping mall, beauty salon, cafe, etc

The room is clean and comfy. Bathroom is pretty small but thats not a big deal for me as long as they're clean. I had city view room thats great. There's movie night and live music as well! The location is close to some great places and train station.

The staff was helpful when I asked questions, breakfast was plentiful. Nice view from my room, and it was quiet.

Room atmosphere, room condition, matress condition, the bathroom cleanliness, breakfast menus, water is clean and warm, the ac is cold in a perfect temperature for Bandung. Would definitely requested non corner/ending hall area room for my next stay or maybe middle area room :)

The room is cozy, the shower is good, the staffs are good.

Staff were nice, helpful and friendly, I got very early check in for free. Location near Pasir Kaliki street (just cross the street) where lots of food stalls open in the early morning to have breakfast. Bathroom is clean even though a bit small and hot water working fine.
